• Is the feasibility calculator the same as the free calculators that I see on the Web?

QuickStart Self Storage provides default values for many aspects of your self storage investment. These values are provided in US dollars, so you will want to make sure to convert them to Canadian dollars using the current exchange rate. • I intend to present my business plan within a PowerPoint presentation. What is going to be the best way to do that?

• When using the program, am I going to be bombarded with advertisements for products or services?

When we provide you with links to obtain additional information, it is just that. We find these sources helpful in supporting our self storage endeavors. Should they want to sell you something, we will leave that up to them.

• If I order the shipped product, can I still download immediately?

  Yes, you can download immediately. In fact, it takes little time to download and install. You can begin making use of the program just minutes from now.

• Can I order by phone?

  Yes. To purchase by phone, select Phone as the Payment Method on the order form. Fill in the required fields on the form and click the Next button located at the bottom of the form. This will provide you with the phone number you need to use to call in your payment information.

• Can I order by fax?

  Yes. To purchase by fax, select Fax as the Payment Method on the order form. Fill in the required fields on the form and click the Next button located at the bottom of the form. This will provide you with a form and fax number to use to place your order.

• Who is Plimus?

  Plimus is our secure, order processing partner. They handle our online, phone, fax, and mail transactions. If you pay by credit card, the charge on your statement will appear as "PLIMUS.COM ONLINE STORE". 

• Is Buying Online Safe?

  Yes. Our order processing partner is certified by Thawte™ and is Hacker Safe™, which means your transaction is extremely secure. If you are uncomfortable purchasing online, you can make your purchase by phone, fax, or mail.

• How do I download the software?

  After completing your purchase, you will be sent an email containing a link to download the software. This link is valid for twenty-four hours or four downloads, whichever comes first.

• What is the Extended Download Warranty?

  You may have noticed the Extended Download Warranty option on the order page. This is a service provided by our order processing partner Plimus. They will keep a back-up copy of the software you purchased for a small, one-time fee. If you ever need to download the software again, you can log on to their web site and download the exact version you purchased. You probably do not need this service if you opt to have a CD shipped to you.

• Will I have to pay sales tax?

  You only have to pay sales tax if you live in California.
